Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 366bd platform — including but not limited to the sports betting section, live casino, slots, crash game, and dice game — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Your acceptance takes effect at the earliest of the following: (a) the moment you click "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during the registration process; (b) the moment you deposit funds into your 366bd account; or (c) the moment you place your first bet or play your first game on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual products or promotions on the 366bd platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall apply to the extent of the conflict, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern in all other respects.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 366bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

366bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be suspended immediately and all funds held subject to investigation. 366bd will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling on its platform.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 366bd platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 366bd accepts no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not it was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified 366bd of any unauthorised access or security breach via [email protected].

• Passwords must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must notify 366bd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• Account sharing, transferring, or selling of accounts is strictly forbidden.
• Accounts found to be used by multiple individuals will be suspended without prior notice.

366bd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 366bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 366bd does not currently accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 366bd account balance in real time, subject to network availability from your mobile wallet provider. 366bd does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 366bd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed and dispatched within 60 minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may be subject to brief delays; 366bd will communicate any such windows via platform notices. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits published in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal wallet-change request has been approved by the 366bd compliance team.
• 366bd reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, 366bd may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending resolution.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 366bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all 366bd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts pending identity verification are not eligible to claim promotional offers.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Betting Rules

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your "Open Bets" history. 366bd reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

• Match Fixing: 366bd cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies. Any account found to have benefited from or participated in match-fixing or spot-fixing will be permanently suspended and all winnings forfeited.

• Use 366bd's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.

Amendments

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, and the arbitration award shall be final and enforceable.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property rights, or platform integrity.
